"If we had been in the bar eating we would not have appreciated the constant people passing to and from their rooms.I did not expect, after a long journey,on asking for tea and coffee to have to go to get myself and carry it out to the only smoke free place available to drink it that being the outside porch,surely a hotel of this standard should have this service provided as negotiating through doors ect is not a skill that comes naturally to me"
